Chopped Baked Potatoes

A quick and easy way to make baked potatoes is to simply chop these up and put these in an oven at 400 degree Fahrenheit four about forty minutes, or until golden brown. I drizzled the potatoes with oil and sprinkled on fresh basil and crushed red pepper to give these more flavor. Drizzling a little bit of oil over the potatoes before baking is a healthier alternative to frying potatoes, but still gives the spuds a bit of the golden and crunchy taste that comes with frying. Happy eating, and remember to cook at home more because it is cheaper, and can be much healthier!
