I forgot to post this awhile back, but I love this vegetarian sausage called prosage that you can purchase at the Loma Linda Market, and other stores here in the Southern California region. Oh my, I have dreams about this stuff. Take a little tiny bit of canola oil, and lightly fry the prosage slices in the pan until these become crispy. Eat a couple of slices of prosage on whole wheat toast with a little bit of mustard, and this makes an amazing weekend breakfast when you are tired of cereal. As you can see I really love prosage, and it is a must try for all those who love veggie based sausage. It is the seasonings that create the sausage flavor, not the meat, but that is just my opinion.
